Required Qualification, Experience and Key Competencies:
The successful candidate should have:
         An undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management or its equivalent from an accredited tertiary institution.
         A minimum of five (5) years� related experience in facilities management/ management of building maintenance systems, at least two (2) of which should be at the supervisor/ junior management level in a medium or large organization.
         A Certificate in Building Management.
         Working knowledge of practices and procedures in Electrical Engineering
         Sound knowledge of maintenance contracts, inclusive of contract administration
         Working knowledge of occupational safety and health
         Working knowledge of Project Management
         Excellent leadership skills
         Excellent human relations and interpersonal skills.
         Excellent oral and written communication skills.
         Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
         High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
         Excellent negotiating skills
         Ability to pay attention to details
